Black Box Theater, 277 Broadway
The performance space is a converted church sanctuary with a 50-75 seat capacity
and very flexible staging opportunities.
The theatre is available for rental to artists, production companies, and other organizations.
Rental Fees:
Short Term:
$200 per 3 hour rehearsal period.
This is usually between the hours of 7PM and 10PM
Other times may be scheduled subject to availability.
Full Day:
$500 per day (12 hour period) for performances.
Strike is the responsibility of the client
Long Term
$1500 per month
A commitment of at least three months is usually required
During long term rentals others may be sharing the space on a short term basis as well
Weekdays, apart from Tech Week, the space is occupied by our Youth Theatre classes.

$200 per 4-6 hour period.
